  First time here after driving past it every day for 3 years or so.  
  
  Small restaurant but we were seated quickly.  Freshly squeezed OJ was delicious.  Eggs Benedict was pretty good.  Not the best I have had but certainly will get again.  Home fries with onions good.  Nice presentation.  
  
  Service was quick and coffee refills prompt.   Clean space and nicely decorated.  
  
  A little on the pricey side for my taste for breakfast but we went at 1pm.

  The only reason I'm giving this 1 star is because of a very euthastic waiter.
  
  As we waited for our food we had coffee. We were served our coffee separately. One was old coffee and apparently they were making a fresh pot for the other one. I kept smelling this like dog smell. Almost like a wet dog. And when my hubby went to go take a sip of  coffee it was the coffee! It did not smell like coffee at all.
  
  Food:
  My hubby ordered the French toast. Which oddly had a dog breathe type of taste to it. It was super weird.
  I had the egg benedict.. it fell flat. The sauce was separated and chunky. And the egg was suppose to be soft but it was almost not cooked. The bread was not even toasted. And the homefries were cold in the middle almost like they were not cooked all the way.
  
  Also our fruit slices that came with it where not fresh at all.
  
  Overall we spent an hour and 20 min there. 10 minutes of that was eating. The rest of the time was waiting. They had taken our food away. And we were waiting for our receipt to pay.. but I had to eventually ask a person if we could get our bill. So overall it was a waist of 30 dollars for food that was not good. And we were still hungry but feel to sick to eat.

  I have eaten at this Eggsmart location twice now. First time had a bad experience.  Waitress looked like she had just rolled out of bed with last night's makeup on. Then I was delivered my plate of food with a hair on it!  Totally turned off by the place since it was fairly new at the time and this was my first impression!
  
  Second visit a group of friends decided to meet there so I had no choice but to give it another chance! Again horrid waitress staff! Looks weren't so bad, she was well put together, but sooooooo slow and rude.  Zero conversation and no "your welcomes " to my multiple "Thank yous"! We order drinks... My tea plate come out with hair on it! SERIOUSLY??? I suck it up and still order food. When asked what fruit comes on the waffle? The initial response I get "same as every day. "  then she starts to list the fruit. RUDE! We then receive our breakfast and half way through eating what is in one of my friend breakfast plate... HAIR! Yup total turn off no more breakfast for me!  Not to mention my gf's got one refill of coffee after having to ask for it same for myself with my tea! She never did come back to give my other friend a refill because she didn't have enough in the initial pot!
  
  Disgusting place that I will NEVER go back to! It's a shame because the same chain in Mississauga is amazing!

  I ate here with my wife and son.  Our food was good, didn't take very long.  The servers were great, very friendly.  The couple sitting directly behind us was there before us but got their food after us.  They had been waiting 40 minutes and needed to leave as they had another engagement.  They asked to speak to the manager to explain that they would be leaving, the manager insisted that they pay for their food even though that hadn't even had a chance to eat any of it.  The couple disagreed with the manager and refused to pay for the meal.  The manager then started making a scene and threatening to call the police.  In my opinion the manager was very rude and lacked empathy.  The waitresses even felt bad for the couple and offered to pay for their meal, the couple refused the let the staff pay for the meal so they paid and left.  The manager should not be working in the hospitality industry. The entire situation makes me not want to eat here again as long as that manager is still employed here.
